Alternate workout question!

First off, this thread has really informed me about a lot of things I did not know.
Techniques, ideas, methods, and much more. Thank-you so very much everyone! :smile:

Secondly, of all the research I have been doing, I still cannot find a solid routine
and workout for trimming the fat, toning the abs, and lowering the bodyfat. :frown:

I am active 5x-7x a week (rugby, basketball, biking, soccer, ultimate) and am
22yrs old. I am 5'10" and weigh about 210lbs. I'd like to drop to around a
nice 180lbs or so, but have the definition to walk down the beach and
have people glance over. I have more willpower then anyone I know (never
smoked a cig, had any alcohol, blah blah) and know that if I just had a
solid routine to follow (diet, exercise) I can achieve any goal I set in front
of me. I just need some sound advice on how to proceed from the experts
here on prime (suppliments perhaps?) and I would be more then appreciative! :tongue:

I'd even keep a diary and take before/after shots and post weekly updates!
I could be like the test subject and progress from week to week following
the guidelines set out from the people who know their stuff here on prime! :biggrin:

Anyhow, if you can help out and have a solid routine you can post
(or PM) or even links to something I can print and hang on my wall,
post in the kitchen, and just keep me occupied, I would be forever indebted! :smile:
