How long has the changer been used for and did you buy it new?

Will this unit plug into the stock acura harness?
nsx animal: It'll plug into the Acura harness directly since I'll be providing the ACUALP adapter.
Valeno: It was purchased new and it's about 9 months old. Changer's got some scuff marks as shown in the pictures, everything is operational and I guarantee against DOA. I was under the assumption a new unit would cost $280-300, but PM me a price and we'll go from there.
