I'm sorry but I don't know what adaptor cable you're referring to. I'm selling the cd changer plus the cartridge and no others.

I think adapter cable is so you can exchange the stock changer with an aftermarket one without having to rewire the car. It's like 8 inches long or so and just converts the pins. I am interested, but I think $80 may be a bit high. I would be willing to go $60 shipped.
