A little help please............My car would stay perfectly straight ( w/ my hands off the wheel ), yet there was extreme wear on the inner tread of the driver's side rear tire. Needless to say, the tire had to be replaced. Now there is a new fresh tire ( Dunlop 8000-the same tire as before ), but my car is pulling to the right. The front tires are wearing normally. The passenger side rear has a worn middle tread. I'm assuming I'll need an alignment. Can anyone tell me what needs to be particularly looked at in this situation ? Can a regular alignment place ( where I took my front wheel drive cars to in the past ) handle this, or do alignment jobs call for an NSX specialist ?

CV joints probably. My front camber was bad and found out the tie-rod end was bad. Replaced it and the camber went back to normal. How is your shock absorber BTW?

Hi Mike,

Call Jon Martin tommorrow 310-539-3636....they have an alignment machine there to take care of your car. If you had some aftermarket parts on then I would say go to Jon first then Darin at West End alignment in Gardena to dial in the suspension.

The professional advice I just received is as follows : The car is now pulling to the right because I only changed one tire, so now the rear wheels are now mismatched. However, an alignment is probably in order because the rear tire was wearing abnormally.
