He had obviously forgiven the other driver involved in his accident, and was even good-humoured about his condition! Now I understand why people say he's an "amazing man" -- and I thought it was because he was involved with the NSX.

Hi Neo, you see “The Pass” in Alex_Zanardi_-_A_Tribute.avi (20MB AVI, 3:10). There are two views: external from 0:18-0:26 and in-car from 1:56-2:06.

Mike, Alex passed Jimmy Vasser (as I recall) on the last lap at Laguna Seca by going to the OUTSIDE of the Corkscrew (in the dirt), and held the position to win! Simply incredible. Especially if you've ever driven the track (as I've had the pleasure to do a number of times).
