Hello,

I have used the search and I could not find the answer to MY question.

Anyone know of a good aftermarket black semigloss mesh grill I can install on the NA1 front air damn (where the air hits the radiator), side intake ducts and rear 02 style valence?

Basically trying to get the NA2 02 mesh grill look on an NA1

Besides trying to zip tie (for front bumper and rear bumper) them on anyone else have a good solution?

thanks

You don't have to justify your new Thread by advising you have already performed a search. The only people who seem to be bothered by this are those with a stupid looking dog sitting next to their master's red NSX.

Like you, I have been looking for a sharp screen mesh for the front vents. I am yet to find anything.

Please let me know if you come across something!

Part number for mesh: 9344T51 available through McMaster.com

Courtesy of our friend Dashby here on prime.

Mcmaster-carr is an awesome company.

Fyi, per tests i have seen the hexagon shape usually provides the most airflow.

compared at mcmaster

$64.47 Diamond (9344T51) .032 20ga= open area 64%
$40.22 Hexagon (92725T42) .032 20ga= open area 79%

I think that was a little harsh considering he did provide some helpful links, and didn't make any rude comments.

Sylvan,

Last thing I would ever want to do on this Forum is make a negative comment on another member. However, I have read many posts recently where TyraNSX either insults the Original Poster of tells them to do a search.

I went to TyraNSX's profile just now and clicked on "Statistics." Then, clicked on "Find all Posts." Of his last 50 posts on Prime, 29 contained insulting or "search" responses, many of these which are also insulting.

Here is a link to this last 50 psots. Read them for yourself then tell me what you think.

I see no purpose for these types of responses over and over again!

Fair enough, I didn't realize there was a pattern of behavior there.

It would be cool if there was pictures of the mesh grills on an NSX.

I was going to do mine with the 92725T42 hexagon. I did buy the material but haven't got around to it.

I don't like the look of the oem chicken wire. The oem is riveted on in front of the radiator but the sides look like the bumper cover needs to be loosened to remove it.

Glad somebody else noticed it. Thanks, Rob.
