Aftermarket In-Dash CD install?

So, I figured I'd ask around....Anyone install an in-dash CD unit, just a standard unit for playing single CDs (not the typical CD changer setup)??

I want to rip out the old head unit, stick in my own, and possibly only change the wiring harness around...so all the speakers will still function correctly. I assume this can be done, since you can do it with every other car on the planet, but how hard is it? I.e. does someone make a mounting kit for the NSX??

Nope...the Bose system is unlike every other OEM system, the speakers will have to go if you get a new head unit. Also, you will need to customize the trim plate around the new head unit with fiberglass or something else to give it a clean look.
