has anyone installed an aftermarket spoiler without reinstalling the oem rubber gasket for the brake light wires, that goes in between the spoiler and the trunk? The relatively cheap type r spoiler I have does not have a cutout where this gasket is supposed to sit, so I can't install it as is. Was wondering what other people did to get around this. I guess my options are install it without it but I am worried about water leakage, modify the spoiler, or create another type of gasket to cram into the trunk.
I tried searching but couldn't really find anything relevant (unless I suck at searching)
