Need your help
The other day, I parked the car but still had the engine running. When I closed my door, something in the engine compartment started making this vibration noise, kind of like metal hitting metal. It would last for a few seconds and then stop. Then a few minutes later it would do it again. It has not happened since, but I would still like to know why it did that. Could it be because I did not have the clutch fully engaged in neutral?

Did you have the HVAC running, did you hear the condensor fans going on and off in time.
