After paying for goods for my NSX this was an issue I stumbled across with WU in the USA. Happily a WU contact of mine here in Spain resolved the situation and I got my money back. I am not sure it will affect anybody here on Prime anyway as virtually 100% of domestic trade is probably paid for by PayPal and similar such systems. But be warned WU in the USA do place a "hold" on funds without warning and when they feel like it - and sadly it can be virtually impossible to recover your money if WU associate your transaction with an individual on one of their warning lists. If you need clarification further perhaps better to PM me.
