Advice needed. 3 week wait to have my HKS Coilovers rebuilt locally

So I don't have a garage & cannot leave my car at my mechanic for 3 weeks. Do I?:
-Buy blown used oem shocks & springs to put on the car in the meantime?
-Buy another used set of Hypermax IIs (in for sale section) to use while my mine are being rebuilt?
-or should I just buy these Tein's?

The ones in the for sale section are a pretty good price. How much will it cost to get yours rebuilt?

About 600-700 canadian. If I buy these used ones, then once again I have a used set. Where as I can have mine brought back to brand new.
