Advice for mechanical inspection, near SF, CA

I'm considering buying a '95 NSX on eBay. It lives between San Fransisco and Palo Alto.

Has anyone had experience using an inspection service like "Vehicle Care Management" (advertised on eBay) or "Magoo's Automotive Consultants" (advertised by Carfax)? I'm concerned that an NSX will be out of their league.

Could anyone recommend an Acura dealership or mechanic shop that's in that area instead?
