Looks like a pieced together kit to me (incidentally what I was going to do to my car). Sideskirts appear to be Lechers version of the Marga Hills side skirts (the shape of the rear vent appears to be different than the MH's). Front lips looks like it is wings west with side splitters on them.
The front to me looks different than the wings west. And the lechers sides flare out near the rear wheel well, and as you said the vents are different. So it may be a different one altogether.
The sides are a MH version, and not Lechers (which flares outward around the vent area). The front is not a WW kit but looks like a complete lower piece, similar to the Mugen piece not available anymore. If this is the same car as the one they advertise with then it's now got a wide body kit on it with some individual throttle bodies and other goodies in the engine.

The Flat-Out's rear end looks like an NSX crashed into an F-50.
