I have Koni 8241's on my 91, and I would like to adjust them, but I have some very simple questions.

Here is a link to the adjustment instructions from Koni:

1) Does the car need to be on a lift?
2) The instructions talk about REBOUND ADJUSTMENT and COMPRESSION ADJUSTMENT, however I only see one 'thingie' on the top of the shock. Is there another one on the bottom?

BTW, I have the little tool.
