Ok, I know these are designed to be adjusted front and back from the play of the holes where the 4 screws go. My problem is, I need it adjusted to the sides. Does anyone know how this is done? I'm assuming I'll have to take apart the assembly and adjust some bolts but which ones?

The bottom-right corner of the headlight cover is BARELY clearing the hood and there is a gap in the upper left corner. In my "awesome" diagram below, you can see which way's I need to move it. The car was in a very, very minor accident a while back. It was traveling 5-10 MPH tops at impact (thankful for good brakes). Still enough for minor bodywork.

Excuse the wax on the fender.

Another question....what's the little tab for on the side windows?

I have no idea what the tab on the windows is for.

What you need to do to adjust your headlights is start with some time and patience because it will take some taking off the cover, making and adjustment to the lights assembly, putting it back together and then doing the whole process over again until things are aligned to your satisfaction. I had to do this to mine after I purchased the car, and it was a little time consuming. Take the headlight cover off and you can get to the bolts that mount the headlight assembly. From there you can make some adjustments since you know which way you need to move it and then put the cover back on and flip the lights down to see how it looks. Repeat this process until you have it the way you want it. You might also need to push on the assembly after you have got the cover off to bend it back in shape if that is the problem too.

Patience man and good luck.

I believe the tab on the windows is to apply pressure to counteract the force that pushes the windows towards the outside at very high speeds.
