adjusting cd changer?

http://www.nsxprime.com/FAQ/Troubleshooting/soundsystem.htm shows how to adjust the cd changer which is skipping, but the description of what needs to be adjusted is sort of vague. Can anyone elaborate on this? My Cd changer skips badly and want to fix it. Thanks!

I don't know what CD Changer model you have, but they all pretty much work the same way.

Sure enough when I checked it, it was set to be used at Horizontal placement. Once I changed it to Vertical, I had no skip! not even once for the 750 mile drive I just took

I don't know how the previous owners lived with the skips for so long!

my 99 came with the cd changer, mine is mounter on the right side corner in the trunk (vertically) and i never had a problem with the cd skipping.
