I was watching this VTEC Club video today and the owner of Spoon was talking about how the Fit has a very rigid 3D floorpan. He said for racing they always add rigidity in the floorpan and not up top. I suppose it is for CG reasons, adding weight up top isn't so good for handling.
He starts talking about it around 0:59

This got me thinking, there are products like UNIbrace which are bolt on to accomplish this. Has anyone ever thought of making this for our cars? It seems like if there are sufficient mounting points it could really help with the awful targa flex and might even help coupes that run on track.
