The weather is turning out to be great for the debut not only of the Acura LMP2 entries but also the debut of the NSX as a parade lap leader before the race starts. Here are a few shots of the NSXCA members enjoying the perks of membership with our own corral and hospitality tent in addition to being cheered on by the crowds as we lead the way....

Great pictures as usual Bob, now bring that weather back up here to NY, you've got over 7" of snow to shovel before you get up your drivewaY!!!!
Anybody else notice that Acura got virtually ZERO coverage on SPEEDTV? First it was, "Look how great Porsche is doing!" Then it was,"Look at all the problems Porsche is having!" Even after the race they gave more air time to the losers than the winners. I mentioned it to my wife, and after an hour she noted that most people tuning in wouldn't even notice that Acura was running except for every time they posted the leader board before going to comercial break.
The only people who should be more pissed than Acura fans should be Spyker or Aston Martin fans. Worst one sided coverage I have ever seen on SPEED. EVER!

I got great coverage from the Acura (40% of the time it was on screen)
Watched the 12 hours live. That really shows Honda Power!
Plus i saw some NSX's wich really was cool.

Now if Honda can do the same in the F1...
When not out "on the track" shooting the race I was watching it in the hospitality tent on the tv's they set up for us and it appeared that the Acura cars were getting a lot of coverage. We had a live feed that continued during commercials and the Nascar break so maybe we were getting all the coverage when not actually on Speed. There was a lot of attention paid to Acura from what we saw and even the race Program foldout cover had a painting/drawing of various race cars with the Audi and Acura being shown one/two.
