AC short cycles

AC stopped blowing cold, took it to my local exotic repair shop who specializes in Ferraris. He evacuated the system and checked the freon weight which was just a little short. recharged then it would short cycle intermittently (compressor would run for about 10 seconds) then cut out. He then ordered the High pressure cut out sw and installed it without jumping it out to confirm it was bad. Still the same problem. Any ideas?

You need a decent A/C shop. A Parts Cannon approach will cost you plenty on an NSX.

Frankly that exotic shop sounds incompetent in regards to MVAC diagnosis.

We need temperatures and pressures to help you. Get a set of gauges and go from there...

Could also be a CCU failure.
