AC pressure

Anywhere from 35 to 45 psi, give or take is ok but your high side is way to low.
The service manual has all the info you need to sort it out.

Nigel: thanks. I have been consulting with the manual but i could not find the normal range for either.

The service manual is the Bible. Just follow it and you won't go wrong.
If you have your own gages and vacuum pump you'll probably be better off than taking it to a generic repair service.
There're so few moving parts in the a/c system it'd fathom a guess it's the expansion valve but read the manual.

My high side pressure was very high, Found out the drier was clogged.Had my mechanic put a new one on, works fine,Been about a year. Probably has a small leak somewhere. Cost 350 dollors.Car is a 91.

The vacuum should go down below standard pressure, 29.92 in. hg.
As soon as you turn on the vacuum pump. It should go below 30 ins. in just a few seconds or so. A couple of min. if the system is completely empty.
Let it run for 15 min. and then with the pump off let it sit for 30 min at least and check for vacuum drop. If none, run the pump for at least another 15 to 30 mins. just to be sure ALL the outside air is removed then go on to fill the system.

Check your gauges are reading correctly. It needs to go below standard pressure 29.92 in. hg. Sounds like the needles are just not set correctly.
Also, you need to remove your CCU and send it to "Brian K" here at Prime, for repair. We all had to do it. Around $170 give or take. Otherwise it's $1100 at Acura to replace. Just do it! That will solve the fan problem.
Given you're using 134 you'll not get alot colder than that but it's winter so in summer it's not going to cool anywhere as well as it is now unless your in Arizona and it's already hot there. Thank California for the shit coolant!
Forget all the maintenance manual bits at this point for now and don't start throwing parts and money at it just get ahold of "Brian K" and that will fix that. There'rs a zillion threads about the CCU if you want to search but, "Brian".
Where's your high side pressure reading? Mind your needles might be off? Your high side should be somewhere in the mid to high 100's. Also, is the sight glass clear?
I'm not real familliar with 134 pressures as I always use 12 in all my Hondas, you should now go to the manual for the exact numbers for your paramaters, ie. OAT, etc.
Hope this helps.

On ALL the early NA-1 cars, I forget what year they made the change, Larry B would know, they do just what yours is doing. Save to say they're different ways the CCU manifests itself when the diode starts to go bad but that's what is going on with yours.
If your stereo hasn't started acting up yet it WILL if the diodes haven't been replaced. It's the "exact same part" in the Bose amps as the CCU and they will go bad. "Brian K" does those repairs as well for $80 each. Beats a new amp at $1130 ea.
ALL of us early NSX owners at one time or another had to do this repair. The best way is to send ALL the amps and the CCU at one time so the car is only apart once.
Back to your a/c, your high side should be higher and you might consider replacing the expansion valve while you have the system apart to be sure.
They're just aren't many parts to go bad in the a/c system and besides the compressor that's the one.
Contact Tim at Ray Laks Acura, (1-888-RAY-LAKS) in New York for the best price and free shiping. Do it now before it gets hot.
