ABS problem

just got back from pahrump with Dali. I drove Tom's 96 NSX that we will campaign in OTC. After a few session, the ABS lights will come on and the ABS stop working. Tom said this happened quite a few times when he uses the ABS a lot. It never happen to my car. Anybody else have the same thing happened?
