Here is the story:Over the last few months my ABS pump has been slowly working for longer periods of time until several weeks ago it stayed on for long enough to trip the ABS light. I followed the suggestions on this list of getting into the ABS and that seemed to cure the problem for about a month. I had the car into my mechanic for service. He pointed out that my ABS reservoir was empty. He filled the reservoir and then the next day It was worse than ever with the ABS light being tripped every time I drove the car.Way wasn't the pump running with the empty reservoir?Why would filling the reservoir cause the pump to start running again to the point of failure?
