Ordered a OEM tank from Dali. He sent it out the day I ordered it with a tracking number. I have never had a problem with Mark.

I've placed several orders with Mark in the past several weeks. Each time he has been very responsive even when i placed an order early in the morning well before business hours. He emailed me immediately making suggestions and recommendations.
I would second that, even ordering parts from Australia I have not had anything other than prompt and professional service from Mark at Dali over the past couple of years.
