A new mid engined car - hybrid - from Porsche

Hey Guys,

I know this is an NSX site but I thought it might be mildly interesting to see another mid engined car with electric power that did the Nurburgring in less than 7:30 min.

Just goes to show you one thing - the mid engine layout is still thought of as the way to go at least by some! Honda needs to pay attention IMHO. Thought you guys might like to see this.

Bailey's post is much better than mine. I don't know how I missed it Bailey. Great post and great pictures too. One of these days I'm going to have to learn how to post like that with those pictures. How do you do that? Anyway, great post and cool car - now if Honda would just get their act together we'd have a wonderful rebirth of the NSX.

It kind of looks like a Modena from the front to me, a Lotus from the side, and a Carrera GT from the rear. Nice though. Those German's have it going on.

not the looks but this is what I thought the next real NSX should be an IMA motor assisting a 350WHP V6.

looks like a ferrari 430 in the front to be with a carrera gt/ R8 rear end... I really like it, give me something to save for
