As some of you may recall from THIS THREAD, my car's paint needed some attention. It has now had said attention thanks to a local starving college student who also happens to be a "semi-pro" detailer.

While there is still some unavoidable pitting and deeper scratches, he got it to the ~90% correction I was looking for in a day of work. I was very pleased with how it came out.

Not bad for 18-year-old 221,000 mile paint.

Wow - the car's paint looks SO much better. Now you just need to do something about the rims and 4X4 stance!:biggrin:

Lol, yeah, working on that. My goal is to hit a track event with the car still bone stock then change stuff, and then go back and see if it's more or less fun. Wheels, and a modest drop are on the short list now though.
