It's called Rendezvous in Paris and it's available on DVD from a number of sources .. Car and Driver; Motorbooks.com; etc. At about $30 for 9 mins, it's one of the pricier DVDs I have but the sound of that Ferrari is sweet. I think there's also a number of " .. in Stockholm" ones as well, the third of which is supposed to have an NSX.

Correct. It was made by the famous film director, Claude LeLouche ("A Man and a Woman") and yes, he was driving his car himself in the video.
