The original Dali air conditioning condenser screens were just too restrictive, and anything under 30mph wouldn't pass enough air to keep the A/C blowing cool. A little template making and some aluminum hex screen and we have a winner! Open enough to work, should catch all the bigger bugs a debris and protect my mostly unmolested condenser fins. I'll make up a couple air diverters for the area normally covered by the plastic cover.

I have these available - the template and the finished screens - PM me for info.

It must be a south of 49 thing. I have had the Dali rock shields since 2011 and they have not been a problem in stop and go traffic. Of course, the days when it hits over 40 C are pretty rare here.

Looks pretty good.
Would be interested.
Can be mounted from the outside without loosening the front bumper, right?
