That is the three way pressure switch - pressure too high or too low inhibits the compressor clutch.(Doesn't sound like that's your problem though) Sounds like you have a bad connection/bad ground on the clutch assembly? Yeah, that cross-member nut gets em every time! :biggrin: (It's a pain to put back on too! something sticky to hold it in place helps)
