Well its been really hot and sunny in california lately. Today i decided to take out the nsx to go to church and of course my a/c was on all the way to church which took 5 minutes. I parked and went to church but when i finished and headed home i went and turned on the a/c and no air is blowing. I tried switching the settings hot or cold or anything else but still no air is blowing? Sorry guys i dont know much about the climate control im still new to the nsx world. Is there anything i can do ive been checking around the forums and i noticed a/c problems may cost a lot. I hope it isnt anything severe.

Thanks,
chris

The no air blowing is a problem with the fan or controls, not the a/c. It's either the motor, or the control unit in the console. Does it blow if you turn the fan control all of the way to high? If not, try leave it there and see if you can find the wire to the blower motor under the front hood and wiggle that. If it comes on, your motor is gunked up. You can clean it out, like I did in another thread, or replace it. Of course, you want to check the relevant fuses, too.

If you think it's the controller, the best test is to swap it with a good unit, but you have to have one, or know someone who does. If it's the control unit, briank fixes them, or there is plenty of repair info available here.

i'm not sure if my problem applies to you but when something like this happened to me, i accidentally did not close the engine hatch all the way.

the a/c didin't work. i'm not sure why that would be the case but i checked around and saw that i forgot to close it. after closing it, it works.

i opened the hatch and it didn't work.

thanks for all the input guys, sorry i havent replied in a while ive been busy with school. Yesterday my dad took the car to a local acura dealership and my dad says that they said its the blower assembly and it will cost $450 including labor. Thats all he told me but ill keep you guys updated as soon as we go back to the dealership. Thanks once again
