I found a tear in my a/c line...........is it reapirable or do i have to buy a whole new line which is like 600.00. Any help would be great. thanks

Tear? You mean like a rubber hose is torn?

If the a/c hose is soft (not rigid) then you can just take it to any good auto parts place and they easily (and inexpensively) rebuild the hose using your existing fittings.

Some very good shops can do it while you wait. Take your existing hose complete and assembled so they can duplicate it without much hassle.

No My Metal Tube Is Torn.........can I Use A Rubber One? No Do No Thtink So. Please Let Me Know........... Thanks

There are plenty of NSX track rats under "construction" as I type this. Most of them pull out the entire A/C system, you should be able to pick parts up from them cheap and easy. Cruise the forums...or post a want add.

Also depending on the application you may be able to convert a rigid line to soft. The a/c hose folks weld in a barb and use hose to cover the missing part. I don't recommend it unless the parts are just not available or extremely expensive.
