I just recently had a audio/video system installed in the car. I kept the factory radio for ergonomics purposes. I don't remember for sure but I think my a/c control head used to illuminate the buttons on bottom when the running/head lights were turned on. Can someone set me straight before I go pulling the unit out to see if everything was plugged back in correctly.
Thanks for any help.

if it's just the light for the botton it's proberly the capaciters have now gone bad for the lighting if i remeber correctly your car was blowing hot and cold but that was freon not the capaciters.

You are correct. I had the hot/cold problem earlier that was cured with freon. Guess I will double check fuses and connections to rule out everything. Have to live with it then.

I pulled the unit out and all the connections were done correctly.
Does anybody know how many capacitors are involved with the lighting of this thing? If it is more than one, how likely is it that they all went out at the same time?

Strange thing happened today. I pulled the insturment cluster again to replace screw to oil gauge and upon reinstalling cluster the A/C control lights came on. I know have no Indiglo's working.

I'll take the trade off though. White face during the day and toreable at night.
