99 Monte carlo Blue in VA

Hello,

Does anyone know, or have heard about this 99 Monte Carlo Blue NSX for sale in VA? What is strange is it was on the "Market Place" link on this site for about 1 day before it was pulled. The car is still for sale, and now it is on Ebay. The dealer mentioned it had some respray on the fender and door, he claims it was cosmetic??!?!? (translation: it was all jerked up and was repainted) I was just wondering if anyone else has looked at the car or has any info.
