Hello everyone,
I'm looking to change out my brake system on a '96 NSX-T. I wanna go with a big break kit that uses my factory Calipers. There's a kit that is offered for NSX's @ Racingbrake.com. The kit includes: 324mm x 28mm Rotors (1 or 2 piece) with extended Brackets and Steal Lines. I really love and want the look of a big aggressive brake caliper provided by aftermarket brands like Brembo and Stoptech etc. etc, but i don't wanna lost my wheel/brake clearance from it. (from 10-17mm lost) Since I'm into the "fitment, hella flush, stance" scene, every millimeter count.
As most of us know, the NSX brake calipers looks very outdated. I would like to put a more updated looking caliper from a different modeled Acura. (TL TSX RL MSX etc.) Hoping to not lose any, or that much clearance if the switch it possible.
So I was wondering, if anyone knows if any of other model brake calipers would bolt on my brackets or do i have to use there brackets?
Customizing?
Is there anyway to make my this work??
Thanks for your time. Please call/text me if you can help. Greatly appreciated. (504) 388-3940
