Details:

Purchased on August 7th 2015. This NSX is painted in the brilliant Brooklands Green Pearl over a black interior. Driving the car for the last 9 years I have only added 16,000 miles. Each drive brings a smile to my face and the endless compliments from enthusiasts and random people make it quite the car to take out. It is not uncommon to be asked what brand the car is. The shocked look in a person’s face when I tell them its 31 years old, or the numbers of times I’ve been told the car looks to have 10,000 miles not 161,000. I have been lucky to be the care taker of this car and it has been one of the most reliable vehicles I have ever owned. Traveling the back roads of New Mexico to the Gila National Forest, the flat roads surrounded by farm fields going to Road America in Wisconsin, and the rolling hills around Hocking Hills in Ohio; this car has never left me stranded but has made me late many times from people wanting to take pictures, learn about it, and usually get a ride in it.

From the outside and inside its clearly not 100% stock, but it comes with practically every part that has been removed so if one wanted to, it could be returned to stock. There are a few items that would be more difficult to return to stock such as the interior. The original interior is Tan and Black but previous owner perfectly dyed the tan parts black. This is nearly impossible to tell just by looking at it. The stock seats were reupholstered in black , vinyl and Alcantara. The stock door inserts were the wrinkled black leather and this was replaced with perforated Alcantara for an updated look and to match the seats. The steering wheel , trim and lower panel under have been upholstered in black alcantara.

The stock exhaust and cats were sold before my ownership but could be found fairly easy.

The engine has been equipped with an amazing supercharger by Science of Speed. I have the original intake manifold, some brackets and hoses/ engine components.

I also have the original ECU which is in the box the AEM ECU came in that is currently in the car.

Started with 145,000 miles it now has 161,000 which is only 16,000 miles in the 9 years of ownership.

Santa Fe, NM X-2015

Albuquerque, NM 2015-2018

Milwaukee, WI  2019-2023

Columbus, OH 2023-current

This car has never seen snow/salt roads.

Services such as motor oil & filter performed every 3,000 miles or year with Mobile1 full synthetic.

Manual Transmission fluid gets changed every two years after winter storage to prepare for the new driving year.

The car was reviewed by the one and only John Vassos at Asteri Motorsports when I moved to Milwaukee (2020). His overview at the time saw no issues or concerns.

Front bumper center trim has been cut off by previous owner to give it a newer front end look. A plastic honeycomb style mesh was made as a front grille to protect the radiator and other components.

Known Paint work: August 2023. Rear bumper, headlight covers, mirrors and Downforce hood. The rear bumper was painted due to a few nicks and scratches. Wet sanding and buff burned through the clear coat. Front headlight covers and Downforce hood were painted to fix small rock chips and ensure it all matched as best as possible. Spoon mirrors were painted to ensure a better color match.

Passenger window is a bit slow. This is a fairly common issue and parts are available from Science of Speed to get it moving fast again if desired.

Radio works but gets finicky and will crackle and pop through the speakers. I was going to have it rebuilt but figured someone might upgrade it at this point in time because there are so many options of head units, center console replacements, etc.
