The only ones I have seen are converted coupes. I suppose one could do a decent job with enough cash, but for the most part I would expect them to be crap.Honda must have made a few targas before they officially began production. Whether that occurred a few months or a few years before production is not something I am aware of. Those cars must exist somewhere, but I doubt they are currently for sale or even in this country. (Pure speculation, but informed speculation, I think )
