'91 NSX on ebay, is the asking price too high?

I have a friend that's interested in an early model NSX. He stumbled on this car on ebay and asked me whether the car is overpriced. To me it's way overpriced but its modded so I don't know. Any input appeciated.

all its got in terms of perf. is a intake??? i think that is way too high...you can get up to a 95 for that price...
