91 nsx do have tilt steering right?

I pulled down the lever, and tried to pull the steering wheel down, but it didn't budge..

All NSXs have steering wheels that tilt and telescope, with one control on the side of the steering column and the other one underneath. I can never remember which is which but all you need to do is release one and see which way the wheel moves. If it doesn't move one way or the other, you've got a problem.
