pixelhaus,The 90K service is pretty comprehensive. Since you have done the T/belt already, the valve adjustment is included in the 90K service, and you seem to really be on top of your maintenance, you are in good shape. I believe the 90K also includes trans oil, make sure you do that, if it has not been done. The 60K service (if I recall) changes the fuel filter, so if this has not been done I would do that too.In regard to your cam seals, there are two "seals" per cam. The cam "plugs"(by the spool valves) and the cam "seals"(gear end). Cam "seals" require more work then the cam "plugs", so I would inspect them before just having them done. It is a shame these items were not done with the t-belt change, a lot of labor is repeated.HTH,LarryB
