Hello All, I met some of you the past couple years at the ALMS event at Lime Rock, I attended with Larry B.. I wanted to let you all know that there is a Charity poker run "Sprint for Soldiers" coming up on Sunday August 9th. put on by Royal Flush Rallies here in the tristate area. Start point is in Wharton NJ 815am. There are many different types of car that attend, and it's a poker run which is NOT timed, NOT a race so you can take your time.
The last one that I attended benefited the Golden Fund for Autism and we raised almost $4000!! It was only about 70 or 80 miles, we had a great time on the last one and look forward to the next one!
This one benefits the Wounded EOD Warrior Foundation, and I hope we are able to help them at least as much, I hope that some of you that arent too far away can attend! I am in no way an organizer or contact for this event, please visit their website for more info/contacts/locations, etc. I just wanted to pass along the info to all in the area who enjoy to drive their car (and for a good cause too!)
