I had another fun weekend and wanted to share some pics.
This is the only pic I have from poker night (I got to keep the poker trophy so I was happy :smile. From the back: my 93 NSX, RedWings, Tuttie_Phace, and NsXMas.
Saturday morning I caravaned to cars & coffee with the Ariel Atom and a BMW M3 buddy.
Some pics from C&C. Shown here are RedWings, Quix-Draw, and unagijones.
My 93 NSX and the Atom.
A crowd gathered around the Enzo as usual.
New FR-S
After Cars & Coffee, a few of us decided to get breakfast. Sam is intrigued by the Atom.
He hops into the driver seat and Nik is up in arms!
I'm glad you enjoyed that buddy...
Dream trio.
Following breakfast we headed to Acura North Scottsdale to check out an NSX for a fellow Primer.
And then it was S2000 Tech Day! It was so nice to be able to work on my car inside an air conditioned facility.
I changed my oil, air filter, and adjusted my fuel door (which was rubbing) with the help of the S2ki members. Thanks guys!
After much fun at the tech day, I headed to nsxter's house where we disassembled my rear passenger brake and discovered that the inner brake pad was worn down to the wear indicator.
The outer brake pad had plenty of life left however.
Fortunately Don had a set of brake pads that he ordered for his NSX that wasn't installed yet, so he let me use them. We worked until after 10pm doing the rear brakes on my NSX, which was not easy in the heat and dark (a few pics below of what was involved). No more squealing though. Thanks Don, you are the best!
