60K Service in Orange Co. CA

Suggestions on where to (or NOT to) have a good mechanic for 60K service on my 92? I live in south Orange County. I have had service at Tustin Acura but have not been there in over a year. I'll cross my fingers and hope that faint but definite increase in 2nd gear tranny noise goes away with fluid change.

Depending on which direction is more convenient to you, you're right between two excellent shops who have a lot of NSX experience, work on NSXs all day long, and have a lot of positive recommendations on these boards:

Autowave, in Huntington Beach, north of you
Applied Motorsports, in Oceanside, south of you

But... I highly recommend Autowave or John Martin. Although I live in Dana Point, I drive right past Acura Mission Viejo, Tustin Acura and Ramon's shop and take my car up to Huntington Beach so that Autowave can do their thing.

Same here, no one touchs my NSX other than Autowave.

Autowave obviously has a great reputation for their workmanship and they are genuinely nice guys. In addition they also support the NSX community, like with their sponsorship of NSXPO 2005 this year. Definitely a good recommendation!

I would also recommend Autowave. There have been at least 6 other NSX's there when I dropped off my car on Tuesday. Had a nice chat with Shane, awesome people, they really know their stuff.
