3rd citation for modified exhaust in less than 2 months~!!!

hey guys -

anyone know if cops in the diamond bar area just have an extra long stick up their asses or not? man... i've only had my car out of the shop for approximately 6 weeks now... and 4 times i have been pulled over for modified exhaust... now from what i know the taitec is yes a bit louder than my old comptech. never had problems with the comptech one... but its NOT nearly as loud as my old gruppe M one... and even that i never had problems with...

i just moved from the hacienda area to the diamond bar area; and just in the last couple of weeks; i got pulled over 4 times... 1 time they let me go with a warning cuz i told the CHP officer that i already got pulled over 2 times for the same violation... 2 of the citations were for NON-Correctable and i had to pay a fine on it... and 1 is NOW correctable (just got it about an hour ago)... so now i have to figure on how to get my diffuser removed; and put back on my stocks just to correct it; and then swap it back on...SIGH....

I wonder why sometime they give it as a "Correctable" and sometime as a "Non-Correctable"? I would just prefer non-correctable and pay the fine rather than going through the hassle of taking it out then put it back in.

Yes Diamond Bar area is known to be pretty strict. Better get a quiet exhaust since you live there now. HH area is alright tho.

If that's ur orange car in that pic then you have STOP ME written all over the car. The car might as well be a moving concert, on fire, and alarm blaring all rolled into one. Do you think ur not going to get noticed? I got the same Taitec but the outside is a regular NSX body. You might want to be a bit more low key...... just my unwarranted $.02.
