The standard Honda MAP sensor is capable of measuring up to 11 lbs of manifold pressure. The ScienceofSpeed 3-bar MAP sensor is a direct replacement for the factory MAP sensor allowing for accurate intake pressure measurement of up to 28 lbs.

This sensor is unique compared to other sensors in that it uses the factory MAP sensor plug and fits into the factory location. The sensor is a directly plug-and-play to the factory electrical harness. No more cutting of the factory harness required!

3 bar is ~ 43 psi, 28 psi is 2 bar. Are you sure you have things correct?

Yes. Remember, the NA cars at sea level are at 1 bar ie atmospheric pressure. You will need a 3 bar unit to measure anything over 14 lbs boost which is a little less than 2 bar (1 bar = 14.7 lbs). Someone else had to remind me also that we don't live in a vacuum.

So you mean 28 psi over atmospheric (14.7 psi)= 3 bar total? Gotchya.
