3.2L Valve Covers

Just wanted to verify if the red 3.2L valve covers will fit on a 3.0L. They have different part #'s in the parts catalog (most likely due to the color?) so I wasn't sure. Thanks in advance!

I was told that the breather vent location is different and that alone would make the swap difficult.
