its easy, did mine 3 years ago! just welded up the flanges to seal the ports on the head, added the idle control motors to the intake along with the throttle cable bracket and bolted on the cable throttle body. Than just toss in the older coils and add the sensor for the coolant gauge to work and thats it! for the six speed lockout i used my ems and a relay. Its been turbocharged and making 500whp for 2 years now and i love it!!
