The 3.2 has air injection plumbed into the heads. You need to swap your heads from the 92 and change the intake valves or find a way to block of the air injection ports on the 3.2 heads. (the latter will be a PITA) The 3.2 intake valves are larger than the 3.0. For the valves I would send your 3.0 heads to Comptech or SOS for intallation. If the mileage is low enough I would just take the valves from the donor car. I think it's a great idea to change over to the 3.2. Oh and before I forget you need a AEM EMS to run the 3.2 or get your ECU chipped for a 3.2 if there is such a thing.
