3.2 swap into 3.0 ??

sorry if this is covered already(sure it has) but if so, where can i find. I have a complete 97' low miler motor (3.2l) that i would love to build and instal in my 91' (3.0l) anyone have CORRECT info as to what it takes, ie, would it even work. I would love to hear if anyone has done, what it took, or who to talk to. I am very serious about this, like i said already have a complete motor. A lot easier for me to build this motor in my shop, while the original is still being used. (no down time) Please email off list, if you like. Thanks very much, in advance.

Do a search on the subject and/or check the FAQ. There are many posts and helpful hints on this board. The motors are the same physical size and from what I know/have read, it's not a real BIG project. I know the exhaust is a bit different.
