I used to own a black 91 NSX that had about 45K miles on it. I purchased this engine with an eye towards rebuilding it for that car. What happened was that I bought a 1992 red NSX with 9000 original miles and traded my black car. So now I have a spare engine.
It's a 1993 3.0L engine. I purchased the engine in the disassembled state.
The engine is in excellent condition but does not include the pistons, rods, starter, alternator. I have a picture pretty much shows all the parts someone would be getting. As far as I can tell, there's nothing that requires repair. Everything looks and specs well.
I had planned to re-hone and install new bearings and seals. I was going to send the heads out and have them ported, possibly extrude honed, valve job and new seals.
