2way Headset question

Tried searching but couldn't find what I'm looking for.

I need something like a 2 way radio earpiece headset for about 4 people but without the radio part.

Basically it needs to just be stealth and I'd think by now they would have something on the market like this.

What is the use and what range do you need?

It's for restaurant usage so the range doesn't have to be anything really. Just enough to cover I guess 100 yards and 3 floors really.
