When I got the chance to sit in and see the interior of the 2nd gen NSX I really loved the steering wheel. I liked the matte appearance of the CF and the feel of that leather. Thoughts?

Anyone able to custom replicate it? (There's an AF one that's similar but I saw that in person and didn't love the grips.)

We are working on a few NSX steering wheels right now, visit our thread for more photos but we can do matte CF finish as shown here for an R8 owner:

R8 GT Matte Carbon finish:

Flat top / bottom is most similar in shape to the new NSX wheel, of course the airbag and electronics would be different:

P.S. In the new NSX we felt, the smooth leather has a bit of cushion to it which we can also replicate. The smooth leather is a step away from our perforated leather option since it works better for guys who sweat in their hands. All personal preference really....

The new NSX moves to a "faceplate" type of wheel which the old one did not have. Most newer cars have a steering wheel, faceplate and a switch panel which is how the new NSX 2.0 is designed. Many cars such as the EVOX and R8 share this type of design, same as the new F80 m3 and seems to be the popular norm nowadays.
